why would you type www at the end ?
vladimirst
sure!
This is the URL of my control panel : http://www.vndv.com/fileman.jsp?dir=
and then the site must be http://pechalba.vndv.com/root/www/index.html
Is this what you need?
Brandon
You dont have a index.html or .php.
Please could you list whats in your FTP ?
vladimirst
I uploaded those files directly from here, I didn't use an FTP client, but the files are only 2: index.html and ban.gif as well!

You may check the following steps. Hope it helps.

1. You need to set the DNS to VNDV in your domain name server. Type NS1.VNDV.COM in name server 1 and NS2. VNDV.COM in name server 2 [it may take more than 24 hours to take effect]

2. If you use FTP to upload your files [I use FireFTP from Firefox] please find below:
- Account name: [use your Zymic login name]
- Host: A.vndv.com [A is your domain name]
- Login: A [A is your domain name without .com or .net]
- Password: your login password
- In connection tab, make sure Passive mode is check
- Choose your local directories (folder where you put your files in your computer]. For remote directories I keep it blank since I put it in the root.
- In advance tab, type www.A.com for host [it can be .net depend on your own domain name extension]
- Test the connection

3. Connect your FTP and upload your files
4. Test in your browser

Cheers!
Brandon
