whats the TOS on these kinda things?

Huh? You would like a what? The only way your going to get a backup bud, is if you download all the files via FTP yourself.

we are talking content...the client would like a backup in case the server goes down, then we can switch over to your sevrers wink.gif

are you asking if using zymic solely for the purpose of mantaining a backup set of files violates the TOS?

this is just a guess, but yes i would think that violates the TOS. i do beleave there is an announcement on the front page about that kind of stuff getting out of hand, so they yanked those accounts.
