If you don't have permission to upload the copyrighted material, it's illegal. ROMs are a definite no, games and applications for phones are probably copyrighted, and streaming music is possibly illegal too, although I'm not positive on that one.

i see what u mean... is this prohibited here? can i go to sounds and phones?
