Hi! Today I've registered to this website in order to install a Wordpress blog. I registered a New web host account, nagame.vndv.com, but in my panel the account is not displayed: "You have no hosted websites", it says. Then I tried to upload something through FTP to verify its existence and... it works! Which means that my website IS there, but unfortunately I cannot manage it (expecially the database - I need it for wordpress!) since it is not displayed in the panel. May you help me? Thank you very much...

That has been a problem and I'm sure that it's being worked upon (I already have 2 of my 3 websites back in my list). But in the meantime, have you tried "http://www.vndv.com/user_db.jsp"? I had a similar problem earlier. I just wanted to be able to edit the database but has no means of accessing it. Now that I have been able to access it, I have stored the link.. just in case I'll need it later on. I'm not sure if that'll work tho (lol). But try it out. I think it'll lead to the user's (whoever the user is) db.

Mmmh I've just tried it but unfortunately it doesn't work :S it says: "You need to log in to be able to use this page. Make sure you have the cookies enabled or you will not be able to log in." Then, when I click on "Log in", it carries me back to http://www.zymic.com/zcp/ , the page where the "You have no hosted websites"-thing is displayed. However, I thought it depended on something I did (or didn't do), but if it is a general problem I'm less worried... I hope it'll be adjusted soon! Aw, that sucks. Maybe we need to check the "remember me" so that when there's a problem again, you can go straight to the db link. But you have to login first so until the problem is solved, all we can do is sit, hope and wait. Sorry, my idea didn't work.

Yes, as Sugarblossoms says, this problem is known to the admins and if they know about it, it'll be sorted out soon -- that's for sure. I'd also advise you to check the News and Announcements section of this forum -- I think the admins had posted about this issue a while ago.

Also, you may also want to 'talk' to the admins themselves and ask them about this issue yourself/yourselves via the IRC .

But in Cpanel home: "You have no hosted websites"

I'm working on a fix for it. Should be fixed within the next day or two, i'm currently on vacation so I'm not working much.

The website is under maintenance.

nah.. you did.. sort of. You mentioned about changing "http://www/.." to "http://www.vndv.com..." in the login page. I didn't get to try that but I was like.. "Oh, duh!! I missed that part!" (since I was trying to login in last night) hehe

I can get on my account, but whenever I try to create a new web host account, I fill out the form and all. It only takes me to a blank page and stops there. Then I come back and it says I don't have any hosted websites.

Did you try going to the website? It could have been created. You might just not know it.

I just made a site, and it's doing the same thing. I'll keep checking back to see if it's working, but I really need to be able to edit everything soon. . . I'll go find something else to preoccupy my time though, till it's working.

Hi im having the same problem as everyone else. i just created a new web host account but its still not showing up in the list

yup me to. ive just created it today and got the comfirmation email,,, but in the control panel its says no hosted websites

While you probably are doing your best to fix the problem, I just want to say that I'm also having the same problem.
I created a host for the name mahadiwinata. The registration proccess was fine, tried the website link and it worked.
Yet, I can't see the website on my list.

Hope this problem is solved soon. I'm very excited

they are not available as they are going to be moved to new server, thats why only .vndv.com is available because its on new server.
