Hey, I'm trying to install phpBB3 but I don't know what to fill in for the database name and and database user name

Actually I think the problem is I can't access the control panel for my "vndv" site where i would create the database correct?
Is there any way I can access it?

ya you need to get on your site control panel through your zcp and then go to mysql database management. then you create a user/database. What is the problem when you try to access it?
no, thats the problem, it's become apparent that recent web hosting accounts made aren't showing up, so I have no access to the control panel of that particular site until the problem is rectified.
you should look if the server database name is really localhost, because it's not always localhost on every web hosting server.
the username and the password is usually your username and password for your control panel but sometimes it's a different username and password that you set when you create the database

Well you havent been here long enough to say this, I have allready PM'ed him of his problem and i will be helping him when his account it back in his ZCP
And the host is "Localhost"
Username: website_user .. E.G; crown_cs
Database: website_databasename ... E.G; crown_forum
Password: you chose that when you create username.
btw my website is "crown.vndv.com"
I managed to get through all that installing garbage with no problems whatsoever, however when i clicked the login button at the end I got this. And obviously I have no idea how to put pics on the forum lol.
I do not know were it got the paths from because the error paths bolded dont exist in my control panel or on my computer or anywere:

I have a similar problem. When I access my Zymic control panel, I dont see my website. I mean, how do I get a database, and how do I get the database login info. Where do I go to create a database? I already created a "website". wakkerakker.vndv.com. Im trying to load oscommerce, yet I am not able to set up m database. Is it a glitch? Someone please help.

make sure the username is 16 characters or less

Your website domain is well to long, as Red-Spiral said make sure its less that 16chars
