Hi,
when I registered here I used the e-mail markus@karate.com, but last week, the whole @karate server suddenly disappeared without forewarning, so basically, my Zymic account is bound to a dead e-mail which sucks.
Tried to change, carlmarkuseriksson@hotmail.com, and I was told a confirmation mail has been sent. Can't find it so I guess it went out to my old, non-existing inbox at @karate.com, so I feel screwed. How do we fix this?

"We have sent a confirmation code with further instructions at your email." but nothing came. So what I'm wondering is; does this confirmation code go out to the old address? In that case, I can't reach it...

A confirmation email should go to the new email address, unless the email is to approve the change in email address, which doesn't seem completely necessary but may be an extra security measure. I'm assuming you need an admin to manually activate your new email address.
