I've looked the page rank and it's 3 not 5

Yes the site has been down and on sale for a few months that's why Google has reduced the PR and the indexed pages. The PR went down since i took down the site a few months ago and lost some of my high ranking affiliates who were linking to my site. But if an active website is built on this domain then you can easily achieve PR 5 or higher again with little effort due it's age and history.
