Hello... I wonder about one thing?!

I have registered a domain name (swishget.com) with an agency couple months ago, but it wasn't pointed to any DNS at that time. Meanwhile... the agency I'm talking about seems to be shat-down or something, because I can't contact anybody to direct my domain to some DNS.
Since I don't know where is it registered, I don't know where should I send an request with DNS informations, so they can direct my domain... I know regular procedure of pointing web domain to the DNS, there's no problem, but the problem is... how to find it!

Anybody have idea???

Have you checked www.who.is ?

You can get the administrative contact from there or go direct to the registrar.

Of course I have tried that... but all I got is the name of the same intermediate-agency where I have registered my domain, and some domain servers which I didn't want to be my, or I ever use them. I only have registered my domain name and never ask to direct it to those, or any other, domain servers... When I talk to the owners of those DNS they (naturally) send me back to the agency, which doesn't exist any more. It seems to be a small dealer which probably had a deal with somebody bigger, like GoDady or something like that... and the circle is closed... I still can't find out where should I ask to direct my domain to some other DNS which I like to use.
So, maybe I have wrong, but I think if I find out which company they had represented, maybe I'll solve this problem. This idea I got from some guy in the company which owns those DNS, but they wasn't nice a little more to tell me how can I do that... I guess, I should write to them, one by one, and ask did they know me?!
Yeah... Probably my domain will expire before I succeed... sad.gif

the who.is link mentions wild west domains inc.
Could that be the actual registrar?

prodaja@rubicon.hr is definitely the person to contact as they're listed as the administrative / technical contact.

as for your rights, you have full right over your domain name, and the company that sold it to you should give you access to your domain name for the amount of time your purchased it.

If they failed o do so (as it appears to) and if they are giving you NO support over this, you can complain about it, i am sure there are services, places to complain, like ICANN i am sure can trace all that since they are the world wide domain name providers... or just go to court.

I mean... its your but you can't use it... :/
