why i can't upload the file by FTP access. while in general feature have " FTP Access

may be the status of passive mode. Try enabling passive mode from the connection configuration. You may need to consult the FTP client's help. Another option is to try another FTP client, I recommend
Filezilla.

i used the CuteFTP 8 Professional. and in error list. this fault by cuteFTP indicate : " 550
Requested action not taken. File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access). Contact the server administrator.
" . i don't know about that. pls help me. thanks.
