I'm not too sure about the legal side of it, but you could make a music player in Flash? Try doing search for it on Google and see what comes back smile.gif The only potential issue with this is I think you would need a license, not to mention you will need to buy the songs.

Sorry I can't be of more help,

If you own the music then i think so... but if its not yours then its illegal...

You'd actually need to own the copyright to the track you were playing before this is anywhere near legal, covered under creative commons license is also acceptable or a similar open use license... for example:

just is any music file capable to be upload? any!? its just an engien sound! to my website

i think you need (should use) FLV Encoder if i am not wrong... its some program that converts your MP3's to flash files so it takes LESS (a lot less) space on your server.

I think you also need to own a server for that because its a lots of space and it'll be cheaper to own one than rent one. (3months rent gets you a pretty good server knowing that its around 100 to 400 bucks a month for good servers)

As for the legal side... Hmmmm not sure you really need the copyright but you need some aproval i guess... i know lots of BIG sites with tons of musics and i don't think they pay copyright to each one of them songs... can be really expensive if you are not going to make your users pay for the listening (which will be dumb to make them pay when they can get it for free)

Good Luck
