I see templates being added by different authors and just wondered how do I submit templates?

I really don't think you will get far with e-mailing the admin stating you want to submit a template. I heard couple of people tried and never went far. The best way to do this is to have it up for sale in the Marketplace and see if the admins bid on it.

You could just go to the IRC Chat and ask Jack for example.
He's there mostly.

Agreed, the main reason why the IRC Is there, is another method of getting help, So obviously by asking one of the moderators or admins on there about submitting a template, you're more likely to get an immediate (or close to it) response from them and can get them to have a peek at your template.
