What's your domain, it depends largely on which server you're hosted on to which password reset you need to use.

If you have a vndv.com subdomain, then you need to use http://vndv.com/password.jsp

Otherwise, if you have a zzl.org, 99k.org etc, you needf to usee the following:
http://hosting.zymic.com/password.jsp

Your 'username' is the first part of your subdomain, so if your subdomain was 'john.vndv.com' then the username would be 'john'.

I have a similar problem. Similar because I also didn't get any email but I didn't forget my password. The site i'm talking about is <renatoang.vndv.com>

So I made again a new site <nats.vndv.com> and used exactly the same password. All went well except ...

When I tried to log-in, I got exactly the same problem "Invalid password" again. I didn't bother resetting it because my password is correct. I know it.

Help please! I'm a newbie and I haven't seen the control panel yet.
