Create a professional logo for your company.
Step 1
Make a new layer. With the "elliptical marquee tool" make a selection similar to below and fill it in with the colour #CFE2DA.
Step 2
Make a selection on top of the first layer like below.
Step 3
Now hit "delete" on your keyboard. Press "Ctrl + D" to deselect. You should now have a shape similar to below:
Step 4
Duplicate layer one, to duplicate either go to "Layer > Duplicate Layer ..." or do what I do and drag the layer in the layers pallet into the "new layer" icon which duplicates the layer much faster and without needing to go to the top menu.
Now we need to flip the new duplicated layer horizontally. Go to "Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Horizontal". Now using the Move Tool (V) move the layer to the position similar to below.
Step 5
Press "CTRL + E" to merge the 2 layers into one! Now duplicate the merged layer and flip it vertically "Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Vertically" and then position the layer as shown below to create a cool oval swirl shape.
Step 6
Now add your company text or logo symbol into the middle, the posibilites are endless. Enjoy :)
