Create some smooth gradient metal which looks effective on many things.
Step 1
Make a new document, big enough to hold your chosen font and size. I chose the font "Ethnocentric". You can download it from the Zymic font section.
Type out your chosen text on a background with the colour "#403434".
Step 2
Bring up the blending options for the text layer.
Drop Shadow
Step 3
Outer Glow
Step 4
Bevel & Emboss
Step 5
Gradient Overlay
Step 6
Stroke
Step 7
This text will look good on a lot of things!

I know that was a long time ago, but great tut...
And 1337 LOL if you were going to say that you need to say r3411y 1337, actually 3x7r3m3 1337 I don't think ianb know's /anythin/g about 1337... the fact that it translates to leet then elite blows most people away lol and they aren't that much of n00bs lol sorry to ramble on.... awesome tut
