Learn how to create stylish professional text with a smooth outline.
Step 1
Create a new document big enough to store your text in.
Select the text tool and type out your text. I used a font called "eurasia", it was installed on my pc but i'm sure if you search google you can find it, or ones like it.
Step 2
Now open up the blending options, [ Layer > layer style > blending options ]. Select stroke and choose the below options:

Then go to "Outer Glow" and choose these options:
