Learn how to make a nice smooth soft bevel for your text with a few easy blending options.
Step 1
Make a New Document [ File > New ] big enough to hold your text in, with a white background.
Now Press D and X on your keyboard to reset the colours.
Now grab the text tool and select a font, I used BN FontBoy downloaded from dafont.com, select a size I went big and used size 160pt. Use a white / grey colour for your text and type out your text.
Step 2
Now we need to bring up the blending options, go to:
[ Layer > Layer Style > Bevel & Emboss]
Use these settings:
Step 3
Now we need to give your text a shadow, select drop shadow on the blending options menu.
Use these settings:
Step 4
For the last step in the blending options select stroke.
Use the below settings, once done Press OK!
